WATCH THIS 1/12/12
It’s finally here: tonight is the night that the most-anticipated comedy of the year finally hits airwaves. No, not 30 Rock you silly goose, I’m talking about Rob! Never mind that it’s already being called “worse than Work It”, ”patently offensive”, and “starring Rob Schneider”, I’m sure it will be great.
But seriously, the only shows I’m actually going to recommend watching tonight are on NBC. 30 Rock makes its season debut at 8 ET, immediately followed by Parks & Recreation at 8:30 ET. Alec Baldwin may leave 30 Rock at the end of this season, so unless things change, this could be the last season you get to watch 30 Rock before it goes the way of The Office sans Steve Carell. Parks & Recreation will undoubtedly kick off Leslie Knope’s political campaign tonight, which is exciting not only because it signals a positive change for the show, but it also means we’ll be seeing plenty of great guest stars, including Kathryn Hahn and Paul Rudd.
